Although NEOM Wellbeing was originally satisfied with the look and feel of their previous website, they sought minor stylistic refinements and an enhanced user experience for their migration to Shopify. To achieve this, I collaborated with NEOM’s Global Marketing Director to refine their brand identity, adopting a modern, subdued palette that reflected their in-store experience.
Given the importance of gifting in their ecommerce strategy, we aimed to enhance its visibility and integration throughout the site. I conceived the idea a one-click journey refinement feature, enabling users to shop either for themselves or for gifts, tailored to their wellbeing needs. This ensured users were directed to the specific collections that best suited their preferences.
